a) Use of your contact information
We will use the email address and phone number you provide to contact you in relation to your inquiry and to discuss our services further. We may also send you relevant updates about your support tickets or account. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
b) Account creation and password
When you submit the contact/signup form, an account is created for you. Your user ID is your email address. A temporary password will be sent to that email address. You can use this password to log in to the Pilvi Systems portal, where you can view your support tickets and our responses. We recommend that you change your password after your first login (when that option is available).
c) One-time code (OTP) at login
For your security, when you log in with your email and password, we send a one-time code (OTP) to your email. You must enter this code to complete login. This helps ensure that only you can access your account. The code expires after a short period (e.g. 10 minutes). If you did not request the code, please contact us and secure your email account.
Support tickets
Inquiries submitted through the contact form are logged as support tickets. You can view the conversation, add replies, and close the ticket when your matter is resolved. Pilvi Systems will respond via the ticket thread. Closing a ticket may require a brief reason for our records.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
